In the event of an unforeseen incident such as a computer theft, Windows crash, or hardware failure, we allow one (1) emergency transfer per 12-month period. If a second incident occurs within the same year, a new license must be purchased.
With this procedure you will get transfer serial number. Enter old and new FM ID and click "Submit" buton. After that the your old license will be deactivated and you will receive new serial number to the same email address you received the first serial number.
